MISSION A search for a healed, renewed and

involvement in all programmes for maximum change of physical and spiritual welfare of the
entire church

Empower church leadership with
appropriate knowledge for effective evangelism & mission of the church & the
people at large knowledge & skills for self reliance
 | identify training needs of human resources and offer opportunities for training, |
| carry out regular evangelistic missions and outreaches, |
| search for volunteers from partners to assist with poverty alleviation and impart
knowledge and skills, |
| provision of motorised transport (motor cycles) for priests, |
| plan to invest to ensure better working conditions for church workers. |
| Health promotion, HIV/Aids prevention, and Orphan care and care for the aged. |
| Schools outreach, Bible study and child evangelism |

To acquire resources for the development of Mityana

| create structures for fundraising both in Uganda and abroad, |
| develop accountability for project writing and evaluation mechanism; |

Create networks and linkages
| keep in touch with various key people and institutions both in Uganda locally, in the
diocese, and abroad who are crucial to the activities of the diocese, |
| set up a diocesan DATA department to gather information on diocesan assets and history. |

| put in place guiding policies that each parish can use to effectively develop land in
their custody, |

| have functional diocesan offices and equip them adequately and encourage the same in all
